Open Plan Lounge/ dinning/ kitchen area
Step into the spacious contemporary open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area displaying the spectacular views through 3 large patio windows.
In the cosy lounge area we have a comfortable large leather sofa, an ample single arm chair, a 37" LED flat screen television and a Blue Ray DVD player.
In the dining area we have a dining table with 4 comfortable dining chairs.
The kitchen contains an American fridge-freezer, dispensing cool water and ice, a microwave, induction hob, oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and Ipod dock. Cupboards and drawers hold all you may need for cooking and dining.
Entrance
On entering the lodge there is a good sized cupboard for coats, boots and rucksacks. It also holds board games, playing cards, a sewing kit and first aid kit for you to use.
Master bedroom (bedding provided)
The master bedroom contains a king size double bed, floor to ceiling window, dressing table, hairdryer and ample hanging space.
En suite shower room(towels provided)
This room has a 1.8m wide shower cubicle and shower, toilet and wash hand basin. There is a heated towel rail, razor point and LED lit mirror.
Twin bedroom (bedding provided)
This room has two comfy single beds, built-in wardrobe, dressing table and hair dryer
Bathroom (towels provided)
This bathroom has a bath with shower head, toilet, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and razor point.
Outside area
There is ample parking for two cars and dedicated EV charging point that offers up to 7 kW of power, allowing you to charge your electric vehicle quickly and easily during your stay. A shed to house your bikes. Patio at the side and in front of the lodge gives you plenty of space to dine outside on the 4 seater table with umbrella. There are also two cosy seats and a coffee table to sit and enjoy the breathtaking views of the fells.
